Nature of Claims: In this case we persuaded the Manhattan D.A. and the Criminal Court to vacate two prostitution convictions entered more than 20 years ago. The client was actually 14 years old at the time, too young to be criminally prosecuted, but had given a false age and false names. The convictions appeared on the client's rap sheet and were impairing her job prospects.
