Scott Rosenberg, Attorney-in-Charge of the Civil Practice's Law Reform Work, has been named General Counsel of The Legal Aid Society. Mr. Rosenberg, who has served as lead counsel in many of the Society's major law reform cases, has had extensive experience in complex law reform matters during his 27 years at The Legal Aid Society. The announcement was made by Fin Fogg, Society President, and Steven Banks, Attorney-in-Chief.
As Attorney-in-Charge of the Civil Practice's Law Reform, he has been responsible for the supervision of law reform litigation and advocacy in a number of substantive areas, including prisoners' rights, immigration, and employment in addition to housing, homelessness, and public benefits.
