Leigh Latimer To Receive Special Award From Urban Justice Sex Workers Project

Leigh Latimer, who was recently appointed the Supervising Attorney of the Exploitation Intervention Project of the Criminal Practice, will be honored Friday by the Sex Workers Project of the Urban Justice Center.

Leigh, an attorney with The Legal Aid Society for nearly 30 years, defends people arrested for prostitution through the Exploitation Intervention Project. She is being honored for going "above and beyond for her clients. Her brilliant defender skills, pragmatism and compassion make her an invaluable ally of the Sex Workers Project."
