Legal Aid's Bronx Neighborhood Office Hosts Reunion
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2013

Earlier this Fall, The Legal Aid Society's Civil Practice office in the Bronx, the Bronx Neighborhood Office, hosted a reunion that was attended by current Bronx Civil Practice staff and scores of former staff members, including the Hon. Ruben Martino, the Hon. Paul Goetz, and the Hon. Douglas Hoffman. The event was organized by Lauren Donnelly, a Legal Aid Civil Practice Supervising Attorney.

At the event, Marshal Green, the Attorney-in-Charge of Legal Aid's Bronx Neighborhood Office, thanked all of the people who attended the reunion and said "[a]s one of the few people present who has known all of the attendees as a colleague during my long service here, it was a thrill to see so many people we have not seen for a long time but who still feel an attachment for our office. Through the years, we have been fortunate in putting together a great group of people. Some have gone on to become Judges, some now work for other legal organizations, others have gone into the private arena, some now engage in governmental or private foundation work, and still others continue to work for Legal Aid but in other locations. Finally, there are those of us who continue to provide service in the Bronx. The Bronx office has been and remains a good place to work and, for this, I have you to thank."
