Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman will deliver the keynote address and Judge Michael Corriero will present a historical background leading up to the current state of the law and an overview of the pending legislation. Nancy Ginsburg, Director of The Legal Aid Society's Adolescent Intervention and Diversion Project, will participate in a panel to discuss the systemic impact of prosecuting teenagers as adults.
