Legal Aid Chief Attorney Discusses New York's Bail System on RNN In "Bail Vs. Jail: Forgetting Fairness"

Steven Banks, the Attorney-in-Chief of The Legal Aid Society, discussed New York's bail system and how low-income New Yorkers are adversely affected in a series on Regional Network News entitled "Bail vs. Jail: Forgetting Fairness." In the series, New York State Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman and Banks describe the broken bail system in New York State.
