Law Students Intern at The Legal Aid Society This Summer Along with College and High School Students

This summer, 243 interns are working in the Civil, Criminal, and Juvenile Rights Practices as well as in Administrative units on a pro bono basis. The 140 law students come from law schools throughout the country. There are also more than 100 college and high school students volunteering their time at the Society. An orientation program for the summer interns was hosted by Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in June.
