Jeopardy, Number 1 Quiz Show In U.S., Features The Legal Aid Society

On its nationally syndicated television show that is the highest rated quiz show in the United States, Jeopardy focused last week on The Legal Aid Society, the oldest and largest not-for-profit legal services organization in the nation that annually provides legal assistance in some 300,000 legal matters for low-income families and individuals with civil, criminal, and juvenile rights legal problems. The category was "LA," the hint was the Society's motto "making the case for humanity," and the answer was "The Legal Aid Society."
