Holiday Party for Homeless and Other Vulnerable Children

Santa Claus was a big hit at The Legal Aid Society's Holiday Party for Homeless and Other Vulnerable Children.

The Legal Aid staff, the Board of Directors, and the Civil Support Division sponsored a great holiday party for homeless and other vulnerable children on December 17, 2007, at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. Their generosity and holiday spirit made the party a huge success for 557 children and their families. Robert Pietrzak, a new Director from Sidley Austin LLP, was a great Santa Claus. The volunteers served food, painted faces, worked with children at the crafts ta bles and distributed mountains of toys, books and games.
