Ed McCarthy Quoted in Jim Dwyer Column in December 23 New York Times

Edward McCarthy, a supervising attorney in the Criminal Practice's Manhattan office, was quoted in Jim Dwyer's column on December 23 about marijuana arrests.

McCarthy told the Times that people of color are more likely to spend a night in jail than Caucasians who are arrested for smoking marijuana.
