Deborah McGee, a social worker in the Queens office of the Juvenile Rights Practice, has been named the 11th recipient of the Charles Schinitsky Award for Outstanding Service to Children. She will be honored on Monday, March 8, at a special ceremony in the Queens Office at 153-01 Jamaica Avenue, at 6 p.m. Deb began her social work career in JRP more than seven years ago. She is currently the delinquency social worker in the Queens office.
The award is named after Charles Schinitsky who was the founder and first Attorney-in-Charge of the Juvenile Rights Division in 1962.
