Adriene Holder To Be Honored at Columbia Law School's Annual Paul Robeson Conference

Adriene Holder, Attorney-in-Charge of the Civil Practice of The Legal Aid Society, will be honored April 2 at Columbia Law School's annual Paul Robeson Conference sponsored by the Black Law Students Association. She is a 1991 graduate of the law school.

Gladys Carrion, Commissioner of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, and Vincent Schiraldi, Commissioner of the New York City Department of Probation, will serve as a keynote panel. The theme of the conference is "Realizing Justice: Incarceration, Advocacy and the Consequences of the Juvenile Justice System." Tamara Steckler, Attorney-in-Charge of the Juvenile Rights Practice, will serve on a panel on "The Process Behind Juvenile Incarceration."
