HIV/AIDS Representation Project

The Project (HARP) serves clients living primarily in the Bronx, Manhattan, and Brooklyn with HIV/AIDS by providing legal services in the following areas: 

  • government benefits
  • family law
  • housing
  • estate planning
  • discrimination
  • other general civil matters.

Referrals are also provided for services in areas such as health, education, and counseling.
